Advance Agriculture is a locally owned agricultural chemical and seed supplier, offering technically-focused, personalised advice to clients in Otago and Southland. Contact us for assistance with chemical input for pasture, arable farming and brushweed control and for all your seed requirements. We also supply and repair spray equipment and are dealers for the AG Leader product range.

Agricultural Chemical

We stock a large range of chemicals from leading manufactures and are a member of Independent Crop Care Distributors (ICD) group. This gives us access to great products at good prices and information on the latest research and development results. ICD membership also makes us part of a New Zealand-wide information-sharing network, putting us just a phone call away from any other area of expertise.

Seed

Wheat We supply a wide range of pasture renewal seeds, fodder beet seeds, brassica seeds, cereal seeds as well as amenity turf for your lawn. With the increasingly available number of new species and the ever advancing improvement in technology and research, the information required to ensure the correct advice to maximize your pastoral and forage production is more than often confusing and inconclusive.

Spray Equipment and Parts

Advance Agriculture has a wide range of sprayers, parts, and spraying accessories. David Kirk has 30 years of experience dealing with sprayers and machinery, and is only a phone call away to discuss your requirements. Along with David is Mark Ferguson in the parts department who can usually source parts overnight if they are not already in stock.

The new top yielding barley variety from Syngenta

SANETTE is a new exceptionally high yielding barley variety, bred in the UK by Syngenta and developed in New Zealand in conjunction with Cropmark Seeds Ltd as Head Licensee. SANETTE has performed extremely well in all regions across New Zealand, and has excellent feed (grain and silage) and malting potential.

AgRecoveryAgrecovery is New Zealands solution for the safe disposal of unwanted agrichemicals, and the recycling of empty containers, drums and IBC.
